Project scope, fees, timelines, responsibilities, acceptance criteria, support coverage and any third-party costs must be agreed in a separate written quotation or service agreement. Sending an enquiry does not create an engagement.

Client materials and access

Clients are responsible for ensuring they are authorised to provide project materials, software licences, account access and data. Please do not share passwords or confidential documents through an initial enquiry.

Software, websites and AI

Ownership, source-code access, hosting, maintenance and third-party licences are defined in the relevant agreement. AI-generated output can be inaccurate and should receive review appropriate to its purpose. No uninterrupted service, ranking, revenue or other business result is promised by this website.

Illustrations and intellectual property

Website layouts, text and branding may be protected by intellectual property rights. Images are illustrative and do not identify actual client projects, staff or company premises. Third-party materials remain subject to their respective rights and licences.

Acceptable use and external services
